WHY THIS EXISTS

Most organizations depend on critical knowledge held by a small number of individuals.

When that knowledge is undocumented, operational risk increases—
often remaining invisible until absence, turnover, or disruption occurs.

This service exists to document how work actually happens so operations
remain understandable, reviewable, and transferable by role—not by individual.

The focus is clarity and documentation of risk.

No technology changes.
No re-engineering.
No operational intervention.

WHAT THE SERVICE IS

Zeyvera provides structured operational documentation and continuity analysis.

Using intake information and review, the service documents:
How work flows through the organization Role-based responsibilities
Dependencies on specific individuals
or undocumented knowledge

The deliverable reflects how operations function at the time of review and makes ownership and continuity risks explicit—without altering systems, processes, or governance.

WHAT THE SERVICE IS NOT

This service is not:

An ongoing consulting retainer
Operational or people management
Technology implementation or system deployment
Emergency response or real-time support
Outcome-based or performance-guaranteed work

All execution and operational responsibility remains with the client.

ENGAGEMENT STRUCTURE

1. Intake access is requested and submitted

2. Submissions are reviewed for scope and fit

3. If appropriate, a fixed-price engagement is proposed

4. Work begins only after written approval

5. Documentation is created and delivered

6. Ownership transfers to the client upon delivery

Intake access provides review only.
It does not initiate work or guarantee engagement.

STRUCTURED VS INFORMAL DOCUMENTATION

Informal or Internal Documentation

Structured Documentation (Zeyvera)

Work scope is assumed or changes during documentation
Work scope is defined before documentation begins
Processes depend on specific people knowing how things work
Processes are documented by role, not by individual.
Workflows exist but are not fully documented
Critical workflows are deliberately identified and documented
Dependencies are discovered only when something breaks
Dependencies and continuity risks are recorded
Information is spread across tools, notes, and conversations
Documentation is consolidated, reviewable, and retained internally
Responsibility for the documentation is not formally assigned after creation
Internal roles are assigned responsibility for this documentation at delivery. This is needed for implementation.
